The Red Team wins the 5th Annual Missouri 8-Man Football Coaches Association All-Star Game at William Jewell University. The Red Team, led by Coach Anderson (Southwest Livingston), Coach Hastert (Rock Port), Coach Thacker (Hardin Central), and Coach Schoonover (North Andrew) defeated the Blue Team led by Coach Collins (Stanberry), Coach Borey (Worth County), Coach Messer (Mound City), and Coach Juhl (St. Joseph Christian) by a score of 44-20. The MVPs of the game are awarded a scholarship provided by the coaches association. The offensive MVP of the game was Zachary Officer of North Andrew and the defensive MVP was Mason Mehrhoff of Southwest Livingston. The game also provides scholarships to two selected all-stars. The recipients were Kevin Stoll (Worth County/Northeast Nodaway) and Mason Mehrhoff (Southwest Livingston). Click here to check out the stats from the 2013 game.
