Game of the Week: This week's top game takes us to Graham, home of the Nodaway-Holt Trojans. Following successful seasons in 2009, when the team made the playoffs, and 2010, last season was not what the Trojans were looking for. Nodaway-Holt limped to a 0-9 record. This year expectations are much higher in Graham and the Trojans begin their season strong with a 42-20 opening game win over South Holt. This week Nodaway-Holt host Stanberry. One of the top programs in Missouri 8-man football over the last several years, the Stanberry Bulldogs are set for another outstanding season. Led by three All District selections from a year ago, including All State running back Nate Luke, the Bulldogs rolled in their season opener, defeating North Nodaway 62-0. Stanberry comes into this week's game as the No. 2 ranked team in the state while Nodaway-Holt climbs into the state poll for the first time since 2010.
